A Professional Workforce
Each Alta Employee issued and required to wear workplace attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) from day one of employment. During the New Hire Orientation the employees review Alta’s Safety Standards. This initial training is followed up on and reinforced with an emphasis on continual improvement throughout the course of their employment. The result is a high caliber professional workforce. When our employees arrive on site, you can be sure that they are prepared to deliver the kind of quality and service you deserve. We never quit training our employees.
