Alta Drywall is a recognized Golden Gate Partner with the Cal/OSHA Department of Industrial Relations. Keeping Employees safe is important to everyone at Alta Drywall and it takes a priority in our day to day operations. Hardhats and work boots are worn at all times, as well as eye protection for certain tasks. Alta managers are in the field daily to ensure that our employees are following appropriate safety standards. Safety practices are ingrained in every Alta team member through constant encouragement, new-hire orientations, bilingual training videos, office and jobsite signs as well as written manuals. Weekly Tailgate meetings are required and all Foremen & Superintendents undergo CPR and 1^st Aid Safety Training every two years. Supervisors are provided with updated Foremen Folders that include MSDS Sheets, Safety Procedures/Forms in both Spanish and English to keep with them at all times. It is our goal at Alta Drywall that every employee goes home the way they come, Safe, Happy and Healthy.
