More Than Just A Quality Assurance Program

Our clear path processes are augmented by “DOQS”, which is our acronym for “Definition of Quality Service”. DOQS is a quality control program developed by Alta for both employees and customers which provides an overview of our deliverables and methods as a business. It makes certain that Alta’s intentions and our customer’s expectations are aligned. The DOQS program and has been in the making and in use for the past 30 years. DOQS is an improvement to the existing industry standards. Its purpose is to enhance and refine our customer relations through clearly communicated, well-defined, written systems and procedures.

Our DOQS manual includes information on the various phases of the drywall process, safety, SWPPP, scheduling, and best practices. We use the steps outlined and defined in our DOQS manual to train our employees to consistently meet Alta's high standards.
