Each and every Alta employee recently attended mandatory new-hire video orientations and skills training videos. The videos, produced by Alta managers in Spanish and English, provided customized training specific to each department. Topics covered included jobsite safety, cleanliness, regulations that affect our customers, and materials waste reduction. In the future every new hire will view this material during our new hire orientations.
