To establish a Net Promoter Score for Alta Drywall customers were surveyed after the completion of each drywall project in 2007. When asked how likely they would be to recommend Alta Drywall, more than 9 out of every 10 customers surveyed said they would recommend Alta Drywall to a colleague.
