From a scheduling standpoint, your hanging, taping and texture crews were able to stay on schedule in spite of industry wide labor shortages. The hand trowel texture on both projects looks very good and is very consistent throughout the homes. Pre-paints, finals and other customer service items have all been handled well within reasonable time frames and your pickup Superintendent has a great attitude towards just getting it done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
