I've been a superintendent for fieldstone communities for the past 28 plus years, and over this time I've built over 1,900 homes. Alta Drywall I know has done at least 1,500 of those houses for me, and I've been very very satisfied with their work. I've had other drywall contractors work for me that haven't given me the quality nor the production speed that we need. It all starts I guess at Alta with Jose, in charge of the hanging, he has done a good job and always met my schedules. They do quality hanging. Then comes Sam with the taping. He's got a great eye for drywall, finds the blemishes, the blisters, the problems before the tape is on and rectifies them. Another thing I might add is that Sam has never missed a texture date, in all the years we've worked together, and that's a very important factor. Stan comes at the finals, towards the end of the production sequence, and he'll come in and walk the houses, detail them, always minor trade damage, and some major too, that's taken care of. Herb usually does the pickup finals on my jobs, he's a great guy and his work is impeccable. They're very professional, very good and I would recommend them to anyone.
